Cardholder Terms and Conditions

These Cardholder Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the JG Bold, LLC (“JG Bold”) payment card (“Card”). By activating, signing, or using the Card, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read this Agreement carefully and retain a copy for your records.

1. Definitions

• Card: The JG Bold payment card issued to you.
• You and Your: The individual or entity authorized to use the Card.
• We, Us, and Our: JG Bold, LLC, including its subsidiaries and affiliates.
• Account: The account linked to your Card for purchases or transactions.

2. Use of Card

The Card is issued solely for business purposes and must not be used for personal, family, or household expenses. You are responsible for all transactions made with the Card, whether authorized or unauthorized, except as limited by applicable law.

3. Card Activation and Security

• Activation: You must activate the Card before use by following the instructions provided.
• Security: You agree to keep the Card and its associated PIN confidential. Notify us immediately if the Card is lost, stolen, or compromised.

4. Fees and Charges

You agree to pay any applicable fees and charges associated with the Card, as outlined in the Fee Schedule provided with this Agreement. These may include, but are not limited to, transaction fees, annual fees, and late payment fees.

5. Transactions and Limits

Your Card may be subject to daily transaction and spending limits. We reserve the right to decline transactions or impose additional restrictions to protect against fraud or unauthorized use.

6. Billing and Payments

You are responsible for reviewing your account statements for accuracy. Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to us in writing within 60 days of the transaction date. Payments must be made in full and on time, as specified in your billing statement.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Card for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Gambling transactions;
• Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases;
• Transactions in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

8. Liability for Unauthorized Transactions

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized transactions. Your liability may be limited under applicable law, provided you notify us promptly and cooperate in any investigation.

9. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Card at any time without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, a violation of this Agreement, or for any other reason deemed necessary.

10. Disputes and Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration provisions outlined in our general Terms of Application.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these terms at any time by providing you with notice. Continued use of the Card after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
