Consent to Telephonic Communications

Call Recording and Monitoring
You acknowledge and agree that phone calls to or from JG Bold, LLC (“JG Bold”), its representatives, or affiliates may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

Providing Accurate Contact Information
By providing your contact information, including but not limited to your name, address, email, and phone number, you confirm that the information is accurate and belongs to you. You are prohibited from submitting contact details that you do not own. If we discover inaccuracies or false information, JG Bold reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account. You agree to promptly inform us of any changes to your contact information, including phone numbers, to ensure effective communication.

Your Consent to Automated Calls and Texts
By voluntarily providing your phone number, you consent to receiving automated calls, prerecorded voice messages, AI-generated voice messages, and text messages (SMS/MMS) from JG Bold or its third-party partners. These communications may include promotions, account updates, or information related to your business relationship with JG Bold. You acknowledge that such communications may occur even if your number is listed on state or federal Do Not Call registries.

You further agree that JG Bold may contact you via any lawful method, including email, skip tracing, or caller ID capture, even after your account is terminated, unless you choose to opt out (see below). Automated promotional communications are optional and not required for purchasing services. To opt out, contact us as described in the Opt-Out Instructions section.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving automated communications at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive. To stop automated calls, email us at [Insert Email] with your name, phone number, and account details, specifying that you wish to opt out of automated calls. Please allow up to 30 days for your request to be processed. Note that opting out of automated communications does not prevent non-automated contact from JG Bold.

Fees and Charges
While JG Bold does not charge for automated calls or texts, you may incur fees from your phone carrier, which are your responsibility. Standard message and data rates may apply; contact your provider for details.

Unauthorized Use of Your Phone
If your phone is lost, stolen, or used without your authorization, you must notify JG Bold immediately. While JG Bold is not liable for unauthorized use, you may be held responsible for any losses incurred.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold JG Bold harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from false contact information or violations of communication laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Release of Claims
In exchange for using our services, you release JG Bold from liability for any claims related to automated communications, including alleged violations of consumer protection laws.

General Terms
You are responsible for maintaining any devices, software, or services needed to receive calls or texts from JG Bold. Your obligations under this section will survive the termination of your account or relationship with us.

Text Message Terms and Conditions
