Credit Gathering Authorization

By agreeing to these terms (e.g., by clicking a button to accept this authorization), you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of yourself and the business listed in your application (individually, “You” or “Your”; collectively, the “Applicant”). You authorize JG Bold, LLC (“JG Bold”) and its affiliates to collect, process, and share information about the Applicant with third-party lenders, financial institutions, or other entities that may offer business financial products (“Recipients”).

As part of this process, you permit JG Bold and Recipients to obtain and review consumer, personal, and business credit reports, as well as investigative financial reports, from credit bureaus, financial institutions, or other third parties, including but not limited to TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, and Dun & Bradstreet. Additionally, you authorize JG Bold and Recipients to access other relevant information, such as bank or credit card processor statements, to evaluate your application.

You consent to JG Bold and Recipients obtaining your credit report during any stage of your application on https://jgbold.com/ or its subdomains, including during the review, closing, or servicing of financial products. This serves as your written instruction under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You further permit JG Bold and Recipients to verify the accuracy of any information provided in your credit report or submitted with your application.

You confirm that all information submitted to JG Bold is true, accurate, and complete. Any false or misleading information may be considered fraudulent and subject to legal action.
