Electronic Disclosure and Consent

In this agreement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JG Bold, LLC (“JG Bold”), including its subsidiaries and affiliates. “You” and “your” refer to the business entity signing up for a JG Bold account or using a JG Bold product. “Communications” means disclosures, notices, agreements, fee schedules, privacy policies, statements, records, documents, and other information we provide to you, or that you sign, submit, or agree to at our request.

JG Bold is committed to delivering the best online experience, including providing information electronically. By accepting this agreement, you agree to receive Communications in electronic form. If you do not consent to receive Communications electronically, you will not be able to open a JG Bold account. Should you later withdraw this consent, we reserve the right to terminate your account.

Delivery Methods

Requesting Paper Copies

While most Communications are delivered electronically, you may request a paper copy by contacting us at [Insert Email]. Printing the document is also an option. Providing paper copies does not create an ongoing obligation for JG Bold to do so.

Communications in Writing

All Communications provided in electronic or paper format will be considered “in writing” as required by law.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting us at [Insert Email]. Withdrawing consent will result in the termination of your JG Bold account, including access to the Website and related services. Any account balance will be refunded via check, in accordance with this agreement.
